Go over to Ashley Graham’s home and you’ll find one very famous accessory in her bathroom.
And what exactly is it, you ask? None other than the Squatty Potty.
According to New York Magazine, Ashley is obsessed! She told the publication,
“Listen, I am all about keeping it regular, and the Squatty Potty is famous for that reason. It just gets the job done. I think the bamboo shade looks super chic in the bathroom, too, so it’s a win-win. I’ve been using it for years.”
Ashley discovered the toilet stool while getting a colonic once and knew she had to have it.
“I got it and I love it. I have given the squatty potty as a gift to at least five people. I swear it has changed people’s lives. I’ve gotten photos of it in use before.”
The Squatty Potty first made its appearance on the sixth season of Shark Tank and has since become a household favorite. The stool is designed to help users get into a squatting position (hence the name), an optimal position for going to the bathroom.
The tool claims to “facilitate posture that is conducive for a healthy bowel movement.”
This claim has since been substantiated by various studies, including one featured in the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology.
